Sr. Pastor Jonathan Calderon
Pastor Jonathan has been ordained in ministry for over 25 years. Early in his youth as a pastor’s son he preached the gospel all over his native Dominican Republic. As a gifted teacher and preacher of the gospel he has impacted the nations of the world ministering in various African countries and nations in both Central and South America . He’s been married for over 20 years to Jeannette Calderon and together have two sons Joshua and Caleb. His passion is see lives transformed by experiencing God’s Amazing Grace.
Sr. Pastor Jeannette Calderon
Pastor Jeannette has been in ministry alongside her husband for over 22 years. She has a passion for women’s ministry, counseling as well as the teaching of the Word. She was born in Fajardo Puerto Rico and was raised in New York. She graduated from SW Florida College of Business and met Pastor Jonathan at her home church in Fort Myers Florida. Their sons Joshua and Caleb are also involved in ministry.
Founding Pastors Dave and Barb Landis
Dr Landis and his wife Barb are both natives of Harrisburg, PA. He’s a graduate of Rhema Bible training center in Tulsa Oklahoma. He and his wife Barb started Word of Grace ministries in 1990. Having ordained the Calderons as senior pastors, Dr Landis continues his apostolic oversight of the ministry as well as pursuing various ministry opportunities in Poland, Ukraine, Russia and other parts of the world. He has published three books: “Go and Sin No More”, “Moving Unto Perfection” and “The Children’s Bread”.
Children's Ministry Leader: Terri Smith
Terri graduated from Faith International Training School with a Certificate of Completion in Biblical Studies in June 2012. She has been faithfully serving in Children’s ministry for many years. She became our Children’s leader in 2013.
Martin and Brenda John
Martin and Brenda John have had the honor to serve on the Word of Grace Ministries Worship Team for many years. Martin, a native of Grenada, West Indies is a professional guitarist and vocalist, recently retired Caribbean Band Leader for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Brenda is a church pianist and worship leader. She is also the President of the Capital Area Music Association, a community choral organization focused on the development and presentation of choral music (sacred and secular) of the African American traditions.
